The Twin Cities has become home to many displaced people groups. ENVISION TWIN CITIES offers many ways of building relationships with the Minneapolis/St. Paul immigrant population — one of which is a community garden.

Come join us on October 5 from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Adults, teens and families are all welcome to serve with us! Sign up at the Connection Center.

Each year, Parkside sets aside an extended 40-day season of fasting and prayer! We’ll be fasting as each feels led. It may be one meal a day, one day a week, just a juice fast or a more comprehensive fast. As we fast, we’ll be praying and “Seeking God for our Cities” (beginning March 6) here in western Carver County and beyond. We’d like you to be pondering and praying over what you desire to do, and what the Lord may be asking you to do!
Beginning Thursday, February 28 at 7:00 PM, you are invited to attend, It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way, a 6-week study led by Judy Foline at Parkside Church. This study explores that life often looks very different than we hoped or expected. Some events catch us off guard for a moment, but others shatter us completely. We may quietly start to wonder about the reality of God’s goodness. Lysa TerKeurst understands this deeply. But she's also discovered that our disappointments can be the divine appointments our souls need to radically encounter God. If you need help ordering It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way, contact email@example.com. Please sign up at the Connection Center or click here.
Is God prompting you to see what cross-cultural ministry looks like? Parkside will be sending a team (families welcome) to Ensenada, Mexico in July. This morning and February 3, you have an opportunity to learn details, ask questions and hear what God is doing in Ensenada. The meeting will start ten minutes after the worship service in Room 221.
The 5th Annual Miracle in the Manger will be hosted by Parkside Church this year on December 1 from 9:00 AM-Noon! This hands-on experience features nativity portraits, crafts, snacks and is free to the community. This will also be a part of Waconia’s Homespun for the Holidays city-wide event.
Due to inclement weather, ongoing snow and blowing snow, as well as treacherous travel conditions, Parkside Church is cancelling all Worship and Church Activity for Sunday, April 15! We encourage you to check our online sermons and worship from home! Stay safe and warm, Friends!
